Kaldi Freshers Incentive TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

1.1 This promotion is open to individuals who:

a) Have successfully completed the full account verification and onboarding with Kaldi via the Kaldi mobile application before the start of the Promotion Period (defined below); and

b) Have not yet made their first purchase in the Kaldi app at the start of the Promotion Period (defined below); and

c) Are residents of the United Kingdom and aged 18 or over.

1.2 A user will be considered fully onboarded once they have successfully completed Kaldi’s Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process and their Kaldi account has been approved and activated for transactions.

1.3 Employees of Kaldi Technologies Ltd (“Kaldi”), its affiliates, agents, or anyone professionally associated with the promotion are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The promotion begins at [00:00 on 18.09.25] and ends at [23:59 on 01.10.25] (“Promotion Period”).

2.2 Kaldi reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. How to Participate

3.1 To qualify for the £5 voucher promotion, eligible users must:

a) Complete full account verification and become fully onboarded to Kaldi during the Promotion Period; and

b) They must have provided their registration details (name and email address) at the Kaldi stall during either the Queens Mary London University or Sussex University freshers fair event to identify their new Kaldi account.

3.2 Upon completion of the steps above, the user will be eligible to receive a £5 digital gift card in their Kaldi wallet for the brand of their choosing.

3.3 The user may select what brand they receive the £5 digital gift card by providing their choice at the Kaldi stall at the freshers fair event. In instances where a selection of brand is not submitted, Tesco will be selected as default.

3.4 To qualify for the bonus 20% on first account top up promotion, eligible users must:

a) Complete full account verification and become fully onboarded to Kaldi during the Promotion Period; and

b) They must top up their Kaldi Spending Balance using their Kaldi account details found in the app during the Promotion Period.

3.2 Upon completion of the steps above, the user will be eligible to receive a cash bonus, to the sum of 20% of their first top up, added to their Spending Balance.

3.3 The incentive is only available for uses who have not had a Kaldi account previously and not yet made their first purchase through the Kaldi app.

3.4 The incentive is only applicable once, to the first top up in the Kaldi Spending Balance.

4. Reward Details

4.1 A maximum of one (1) £5 digital gift card may be awarded per user throughout the Promotion Period.

4.2 The gift cards will be delivered in-app within 7 days of qualifying.

4.3 Gift cards are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

4.4 Kaldi is not responsible for any issues relating to the redemption or use of the digital gift cards.

4.5 The incentive is only available for uses who have not had a Kaldi account previously and not yet made their first purchase through the Kaldi app.

4.6 The 20% bonus incentive is only redeemable once, and calculated based on the first top up to the Kaldi Spending Balance.

4.7 The 20% bonus will be put into the users Kaldi Spending Balance in-app within 7 days of qualifying.

5. General Terms

5.1 Any attempt to circumvent these Terms and Conditions, including by making fraudulent account submissions or purchases, will result in disqualification.

5.2 Kaldi reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and withhold or reclaim rewards where fraud or misuse is suspected.

5.3 By participating, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

5.4 Kaldi reserves the right to substitute the reward with another of equivalent value if circumstances make this necessary.

5.5 These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Kaldi Financial Technology Limited for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing social@kaldiapp.co.uk

If requested by Kaldi Financial Technology Limited, the winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment to any other competition participants.

The winner's first name will be announced on Kaldi Financial Technology Limited's website and social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

Kaldi Financial Technology Limited accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment arising from participation in the competition or being selected for a prize.

Kaldi Financial Technology Limited reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
