1. Eligibility

1.1 This promotion is open to individuals who:

a) Have downloaded the app from the referral link via the "Enter the Promotion Code" web page; and

b) Have successfully registered an account with Kaldi via the Kaldi mobile application ("Registered User"); and

c) Have successfully completed the full account verification and onboarding before the end of the Promotion Period (defined below); and

d) Have not yet made their first purchase in the Kaldi app at the start of the Promotion Period (defined below); and

e) Are residents of the United Kingdom and aged 18 or over.

1.2 A user will be considered fully onboarded once they have successfully completed Kaldi’s Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process and their Kaldi account has been approved and activated for transactions.

1.3 Employees of Kaldi Technologies Ltd (“Kaldi”), its affiliates, agents, or anyone professionally associated with the promotion are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The promotion begins at [00:00 on 01.11.25] and ends at [23:59 on 31.12.25] (“Promotion Period”).

2.2 Kaldi reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. How to Participate

3.1 To qualify for this promotion, eligible users must complete full account verification and become fully onboarded to Kaldi during the Promotion Period.

3.2 Upon completion of the step above, the user will be eligible to receive a £10 Amazon digital gift card in their Kaldi wallet.

3.3 The incentive is only available for uses who have not yet registered with Kaldi and made their first purchase through the Kaldi app.

4. Reward Details

4.1 A maximum of one (1) gift card may be awarded per user throughout the Promotion Period.

4.2 The gift card will be delivered in-app within 7 days of qualifying.
